International Calls & Roaming
The International Calls and Roaming service allows you to make phone calls to foreign numbers from the UK and to make calls and send SMS messages while abroad.
Please note: Without the International Calls and Roaming service you can ONLY send SMS messages from the UK to foreign numbers (cost is currently 20p per SMS).
This service is currently free of charge and runs for an unlimited period until you decide to cancel either this or the Auto Refill service; you only pay for your usage of International and Roamed Calls. Please note: It is necessary that you have added the Auto Refill service to your account using either a Visa Credit or MasterCard before applying for this service.

Auto Refill
Auto Refill is free of charge to use. It is a convenient way to make sure you are never without call credit. You simply set the amount you would like your account to be refilled with whenever the balance falls to £2.00.
Your easyMobile.com account will then automatically be credited with your chosen amount giving you peace of mind that you will never run out of credit or have to refill your phone at inconvenient times.
You can start or stop Auto Refill whenever you choose, simply choose "Edit Auto Refill" from your account page.

Itemised Invoice
You will always have the option to view or print an itemised invoice. Just login to your account and access your invoices via your personal menu.

Call Diversion
You have the option to divert your calls to UK fixed line numbers, other mobile numbers and, of course, to your voicemail.

Call Waiting
This function will tell you when you have a call waiting. Use it together with "call on hold" and switch between the two calls.

Call on Hold
You can put an ongoing call on hold to answer another incoming call or make a new call. You can return to the first call whenever you want.

Voicemail
Your voicemail answers your calls when you're not available, when your line is busy or if your phone is turned off. You will automatically be notified when you receive a new message.

Caller Display See the number of the person who is calling you before you answer the phone. If the number is listed in your Contacts, the name will be displayed.

WAP
You are able to use WAP. Please note, however, that you may not be able to access 18-rated services because the standard service has a Contact Lock which has been created to assure parents that their children will not be able to access 18-rated services such as open chat rooms, gambling sites and some games and adult-content sites. If you want to remove the Content Lock, you will need to contact our Customer Services.
